We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Program Manager (Sr

TPM) to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver complex, high-impact technology solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in managing large-scale programs, driving alignment across multiple teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Key job responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful delivery
Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet program goals and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status updates, and executive communications.
Influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data, metrics, and strong program narratives.
Continuously improve program delivery through lessons learned, process optimization, and scalable practices.
