We are currently seeking a SAP Delivery Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
The SAP Client Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery and client relationship management across strategic SAP accounts, spanning discrete, process and A&D industries. This role owns overall delivery performance, client satisfaction, program governance, and growth across a portfolio of SAP initiatives.
Operating at the intersection of delivery execution, client partnership, and business outcomes, the Client Delivery Lead ensures all engagements are delivered predictably, aligned to client priorities, and positioned to drive long-term value and expansion. The role requires strong executive presence, delivery rigor, and the ability to translate SAP capabilities into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Delivery Ownership
  • Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality commitments.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent SAP initiatives including S/4HANA programs, AMS, enhancements, GTS, and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent delivery governance, reporting, and execution discipline across all engagements.
  • Drive program planning, execution tracking, and milestone management.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes across the client portfolio.

2. Client Relationship & Account Growth
  • Serve as the primary delivery partner for client leadership.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead executive governance forums including Steering Committees, QBRs, and delivery reviews.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, escalations, and satisfaction.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and value-added services.

3. Delivery Governance & Risk Management
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks including change control, and dependency tracking.
  • Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and internal delivery standards.
  • Conduct regular delivery health checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage complex, multi-vendor and multi-geography delivery environments.

4. Financial & Commercial Ownership
  • Own financial performance across accounts, including margin, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and SOWs.
  • Manage scope changes through structured change control processes.
  • Track utilization, billing milestones, and revenue realization.
  • Support contract renewals, extensions, and commercial discussions with clients.

5. SAP Delivery Oversight and Leadership
  • Provide oversight across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, GTS, and BTP-enabled solutions.
  • Ensure alignment across functional, technical, and integration workstreams.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, and SAP functional/technical leads.
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and performance across delivery teams.
  • Enable capability development aligned to client and industry needs (e.g., aerospace, compliance, GTS).

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, quality, and automation.
  • Promote adoption of tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, AI-enabled AMS, and delivery accelerators.
  • Support innovation initiatives aligned to client priorities, including AI-driven transformation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • SAP Activate Certification preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Agile/SAFe or ITIL are advantageous.

SAP-Specific Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP delivery experience with strong exposure to client-facing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing SAP delivery for large enterprise clients.
  • Strong experience across S/4HANA programs, AMS delivery, and enhancement initiatives.

Delivery & Client Leadership Competencies
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex SAP delivery portfolios.
  • Strong financial and commercial management skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,558.00-$145,219.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
