Job description

InEight Program Delivery LeadThe InEight Program Delivery Lead will play a critical role in guiding out project managers in the appropriate set-up, use and standardization of the InEight program.
This is your chance to use your InEight skills to have a major impact on a major organization.What You Will Be Working On

InEight Coaching & Enablement (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and champion for InEight
  • Coach Project Managers and teams on practical, day-to-day use of InEight
  • Drive consistent, disciplined adoption across the project lifecycle (cost, schedule, forecasting, reporting)
  • Identify gaps in usage and provide targeted, hands-on coaching

Field Guidance & Capability Building

  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, using prior delivery experience to provide credible guidance
  • Reinforce project management fundamentals through InEight workflows
  • Support teams in improving execution through systems-enabled best practices

Project Setup & Standards (Advisory)

  • Guide teams in setting up projects correctly in InEight
  • Reinforce alignment to standard processes and One Bird delivery practices

Continuous Improvement & Alignment

  • Capture field feedback to improve InEight adoption and standards
  • Support consistent use of tools, processes, and systems across projects

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience
  • Direct, hands-on InEight experience in live projects (required)
  • Track record of training, process standardization and influencing project delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of project execution and project controls
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive adoption without authority
