Job description

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking to add a strong, ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Program Integrator to our team. The candidate will perform a variety of acquisition and management support roles for Army Science and Technology (S&T) projects supporting the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) Technical Center. This position will play a key role in multi-functional coordination among engineering, business, test, and contracts to support effective project management for transitioning S&T projects. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, management, organizational skills, critical analysis abilities, and a proven track record of credibility and support. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and goals.
* Provide comprehensive program coordination supporting project priorities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, test, and operations.
* Assist in navigating acquisition regulations and statutes.
* Support the project lead in understanding, tailoring, and meeting the intent of innovative DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
* Support exercises, demonstrations, and tests. Required Experience * Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience or a master's degree with over 7 years' experience.
* A total of 20 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
* Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry.
* Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
* Familiarity with S&T processes and policies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications * DoD Acquisition Workforce Certification Level III in Program Management.
