Program Coordinator Job Number: 26-00930 Want to be part of the Energy Industry? ECLARO is looking for a Program Coordinator for our client in White Plains, NY. ECLARO's Client is America's largest state power organization and is a national leader in energy efficiency and clean energy technology.

Position Overview: This is an entry level position with our ideal consultant being a results-driven team player with energy in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the Environmental Justice department to help plan and execute external-facing events and programs.

Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee travel, and onsite coordination, to ensure flawless execution on event day. Maintain & coordinate calendars, manage attendee lists, prepare name badges and conference materials, and manage event registrations. Supporting communication with community partners, vendors, local organizations, and internal staff.

Process event-related invoices, update registration reports, and maintain accurate records for post-event evaluation. Track and update internal spreadsheets and documents related to program / event metrics and budget tracking. Assist in procurement activities including purchase requisitions.

Coordinate catering and giveaway orders to support educational programs. Support collection, organization and disbursement of promotional and collateral materials. Prepare space for in-person NYPA events, coordinate with AV team, facilities.

Support preparation of written reports & presentations for management. Works in a flexible role that requires pivoting across priorities and managing diverse tasks as needed. Skills: Highly effective verbal, written & presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse communities, understanding ethnic, social and economic issues. High degree of motivation, with the ability to handle competing priorities, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to undertake travel, weekend and evening work to coincide with community events and workshops. Experience in community outreach is preferred. Ability to carry materials to and from events.
