Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Coordinator plays an important role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents through meaningful programs and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This position focuses on planning, communication, and care planning, while also supporting resident engagement and activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing programs, participating in care plan meetings, and helping ensure residents' individual interests and needs are represented. While there is interaction with residents and activities, the position also includes coordination, documentation, and teamwork across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and contribute to resident care plan meetings
Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support individualized resident needs
Help plan and coordinate engaging activities and programs
Maintain activity documentation and scheduling
Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families
Position Details
Schedule: Monday -- Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.)
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
