Fox Motors has a Service Loaner Coordinator opening in Farmington Hills, MI at Farmington Hills BMW. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Service Loaner Coordinator is a trusted automotive expert who plays an active role in the service lane. As a Service Loaner Coordinator you are responsible for managing loaner vehicles, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers needing temporary transportation while their vehicle is in Service. Fox Motors is looking for a Service Loaner Coordinator that has automotive knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, and is team focused. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of available loaner vehicles, including model, condition and fuel levels.
  • Ensuring proper procedures for loaner vehicle check-in and check-out, including documenting vehicle condition and mileage.
  • Preparing loaner vehicles for customer use, including cleaning, refueling, and ensuring necessary documentation is available.
  • Coordinating loaner vehicle availability with service appointments and customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of loaner vehicle usage, including customer information and vehicle details.
  • Addressing customer issues or concerns related to loaner vehicles in a timely and efficient matter.
  • Providing reports on loaner vehicle usage and inventory to management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
  • Valid driver's license.
