Global Partners is seeking a highly capable, adaptable and versatile Enterprise Program Manager to support our Transformation Office and ensure enterprise initiatives are executed with discipline, consistency, and visibility. This role partners closely with executive leaders and workstream owners to coordinate governance activities, prepare executive forums, facilitate meetings, track decisions and action items, and ensure transformation initiatives remain organized, aligned, and moving forward. Success in this role comes from exceptional organization, follow-through, executive communication, and the ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing decisions and driving progress and outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment. Given deep involvement in senior leadership forums and regular exposure to candid, highly sensitive, and confidential discussions, this role demands exceptional discretion, maturity, and judgment. The successful candidate must be senior and experienced enough to navigate nuance, safeguard the candor of executive dialogue, and earn and sustain the trust of the executive team to be effective.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for the integration, coordination and execution health of enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, programs, and business functions.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated view of transformation efforts, including scope, timelines, overarching plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Support the implementation, continuous improvement, and long-term evolution of enterprise governance processes, frameworks, and operating models. As the Transformation Office matures, this role will have opportunities to contribute to the design and enhancement of governance practices and execution frameworks. Support transformation leaders by coordinating execution plans, maintaining integrated project information, and ensuring deliverables remain visible and on track. Serve as a central point of coordination and visibility, enabling leadership to understand progress, risks, interdependencies, and required decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by proactively identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and conflicts across initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate transformation program meetings, working sessions, and strategic planning discussions, ensuring effective structure, documentation, and follow-through on actions.
  • Directly manage key transformation or stand-alone process improvement programs or projects as required utilizing corporate best practices and ensuring effective delivery. (i.e. OST Current State Process Documentation, SLA Discovery).
  • Partner with business and enterprise functional leaders to define and document initiative scope, processes, SOPs, and operational plans, ensuring sustainability beyond initial implementation.
  • Operationalize and run enterprise governance structures, including leadership updates, steering committees, and decision forums; ensure these forums drive decisions, accountability, and forward momentum rather than status updates.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, exercising sound judgment about what is documented, shared, escalated, or held in confidence and always protect the openness and candor of executive and governance discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and insights, including dashboards, status updates, risk summaries, and decision materials.
  • Identify risks and issues, and drive issue resolution and escalation management, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of risks impacting transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with change management and communications partners to support adoption, alignment, and readiness across impacted teams.
  • Act as a connector across strategy and execution, ensuring that enterprise priorities are effectively operationalized and delivered.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to track investment, value realization, and benefits across the transformation portfolio; when applicable, surface trade-offs, funding implications, and risk-adjusted outcomes to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with program managers, project managers, and workstream leads across complex initiatives; set expectations for how work is planned, tracked, and delivered, and support governance activities.
  • Operate under strategic oversight with a high degree of autonomy, owning outcomes across multipleinitiatives.

Additional Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field required.
  • 8 to 12 years supporting enterprise programs, transformation offices, PMOs, or strategic initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience supporting complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
  • Strong program and project management skills with expertise in scope, schedule, risk, issue, dependency, and action tracking.
  • Experience with process improvement, operating models, governance practices, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.
  • Strong facilitator and relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support executive decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly synthesize complex information into clear executive ready materials, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and sound judgment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive maturity with experience supporting confidential leadership discussions.
  • Self-motivated adaptable, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment.
  • Tools - proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • PMP certification required (or equivalent program management certification).
  • Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred with a strong understanding of change management principles and adoption strategies.

Pay Range:

$160,500.00 - $240,800.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
