The Assistant Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing case management services within the SERV-Sergeant Parker Fox program. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of case management staff, ensuring program goals are met, and providing direct support to the Program Manager. The Assistant Program Manager will also assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of service plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for Veterans and participants across multiple locations.
