A Program Coordinator typically handles the day-to-day operations, logistics, and administrative tasks of a program, ensuring activities run smoothly. A Program Manager, on the other hand, often has broader responsibilities, including strategic planning, managing budgets, leading teams, and evaluating program effectiveness. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for managing these interactions effectively.
