Do you have a bubbly personality, strong sales skills, and natural leadership ability?
Are you ready to help lead programs, camps, and special events?
We're looking for a Program Manager to join our leadership team!
Who You Are:

* What You'll Do:
  • Lead classes and coach instructors
  • Drive membership sales and program growth
  • Build strong relationships with families
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floor
  • Serve as Camp Lead on scheduled camp days
  • Help develop camp curriculum and lesson plans
  • Train and support camp staff
  • Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
  • Help plan, execute, and facilitate all special events
  • Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events

Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday
Must be available mornings AND evenings
Must be available for all Little Gym special events
Guaranteed 32 hours
This is a key leadership position. You'll help shape our culture, grow our programs, lead our camps, and create unforgettable events for our families.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
