Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA.
Summary:
This role partners closely with Engineers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and leadership to coordinate projects supporting Edge-based AI features for consumer devices, including EFDs and FireTV. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects stay on schedule. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks, solve problems independently, and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end project activities across engineering, TPM, and leadership teams
* Manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle
* Track project health, monitor schedule deviations, and proactively identify risks or blockers
* Support internal device testing, including alpha and beta testing, ensuring projects remain on track for launch
* Facilitate daily cross-functional meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
* Prepare project status reports, summarize progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
* Ensure deliverables are completed on time and coordinate activities across multiple teams
* Escalate issues when appropriate and drive timely resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2-3+ years of Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Project Management experience
* Experience supporting the product development lifecycle, including understanding key milestones and project dependencies
* Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
* Experience using collaboration and project tracking tools such as SharePoint
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Self-Starter: Comprehend intersection points - various milestones and deliverables
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
