We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

Trinity is expanding its Client Technology organization to enhance delivery, customization, and operation of the EDGE product suite across client environments. This role bridges product deployment excellence and client advisory, leading multi-program execution while driving AI-enabled delivery models at scale.

Role Summary
You will lead client delivery for complex technology and AI programs, translating strategy into action through standardized, scalable implementation frameworks. As the key delivery lead, you'll operate at the intersection of architecture, consulting, and execution-partnering with the Head of Client Tech to evolve our delivery model, and providing direction to program managers to ensure precision, predictability, and client impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex TrinityEDGE deployments and AI-enabled solutions for priority US and global clients, from design through stabilization, ensuring quality, timelines, and value realization.
  • Translate client strategies and commercial objectives into technical roadmaps, solution architectures, and phased implementation plans incorporating AI-driven components where relevant (e.g., RAG, predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
  • Partner with the Head of Client Tech to institutionalize best practices in deployment, customization, and post-launch operations.
  • Support sales leaders in RFP responses/pitches and being able to confidently articulate our value driven delivery strategy.
  • Direct and mentor Technology Program Managers to strengthen solution design, architecture governance, and delivery consistency.
  • Serve as senior liaison to client technology and data executives - bridging business needs and technical outcomes.
  • Inform product and architecture strategy with on-the-ground insights from client programs and evolving AI implementation patterns.
  • Promote standardization across deployments through reusable components, DevOps automation, and compliant data architectures.
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams in both US and India, championing cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Experience and Capabilities

  • 15+ years in technology consulting, solution delivery with senior client-facing leadership experience from top consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of deploying AI-enabled and data-intensive products within regulated enterprise or life sciences environments.
  • Proven track record leading complex delivery programs spanning AI/Digital Transformation, analytics, data platforms, and custom integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior technical talent and manage multi-country teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills with a consultative, outcome-driven approach.
  • Cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with data integration models and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Experience operating at the intersection of product, consulting, and AI solution delivery.
