Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Career Development Program to design, lead, and grow our educational workshop programs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about professional development, student success, and creating polished learning experiences that help participants build confidence, strengthen career-ready skills, and achieve personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will combine curriculum development, workshop facilitation, program coordination, and student mentorship. They will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, leading virtual and/or in-person sessions, managing the student experience, and continuously improving the program based on feedback and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum & Content Development
  • Design and develop structured workshop programs
  • Create engaging student workbooks, guides, and materials
  • Ensure content is clear, professional, and aligned with brand standards
  • Continuously improve course content based on feedback

Workshop Facilitation

  • Lead and teach workshops (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Deliver content in an engaging, confident, and supportive manner
  • Adapt teaching style to suit different learning levels

Program Management

  • Oversee workshop logistics, scheduling, and coordination
  • Manage student enrollment and communication
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants

Student Support & Engagement
