During this12-monthrotational program,associates work withrisk managementprofessionals tomaintainPNC's emphasison effective risk management while adhering totheenterprise risk appetite.Associates willengage inacollaborative environment,gaining hands-on experiencewith thekey components ofPNC'srisk framework. Your involvement willinclude activitiessuch asdataanalysis and metrics, policy and proceduresdevelopment,research, communications,reporting, and participation in meetings with key regulatory stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Preferred business relevant majors (e.g.,Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Law,Information Technology,Operational Management,Statistics,Finance, Accounting),

  • Minimum GPA 3.2.

  • Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professionalexperience butpossessingrelevant skills.

As an associate in theIRMdevelopment program:.

  • Performs orassistswith the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects).Works undersupervision andmay have limited approval and/or exception authority.

  • Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g.,identifiesand networks with business representatives and peers,participatesin mentoring, jobshadowingand community outreach projects).

  • Participates in formal learning (e.g., classroom, web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
