Lutron's Sales Leadership Development Program is a classroom and in-field training experience designed to prepare you for success in a consultative sales career. Across 6-8 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in inside sales, sales support, and in-field regional sales rotations, supported by professional development to prepare you for your first field sales role. Responsibilities
The program consists of:
  • Technical product training with product managers and engineering
  • Real-time interactions with customers through tech support and customer service experiences
  • Industry insights with marketing and business development leaders
  • Hands-on experience with inside sales and sales support in-field sales experiences with regional sales teams in our sales channels
  • Final placement preparation through professional development

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • A technical degree or interest is preferred
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.80 for each degree earned
  • You have 0-3 years of professional working experience
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position
  • You must be willing to relocate to any major city across the US and travel up to 50% once assigned to a territory
