We operate from a newly constructed, 3,960 sq ft cutting-edge facility that includes 9 active operatories, with the potential to add 5 more, fostering an environment ripe for growth, clinical excellence, and long-term career opportunities.

Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to enhance our expanding clinical team. The perfect candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding preventive and periodontal care, educating patients on maintaining their oral health, and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere within the office.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance treatments.
  • Perform thorough periodontal assessments and charting.
  • Capture and analyze digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
  • Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride applications and sealants.
  • Guide patients on oral hygiene practices, home care, and associated risk factors.
  • Work alongside dentists in treatment planning and case presentations.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and infection control protocols during instrument sterilization and operatory turnover.
  • Contribute to a smooth scheduling process and a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license in good standing.
  • Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate’s degree or higher).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Local anesthesia certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
  • Strong clinical abilities with a focus on detail and patient comfort.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with digital radiography and contemporary practice management software is preferred.
