Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, system integrations, workflow coordination, and process definition and improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

  • Manage and support data PowerBi reporting and data integrations between internal systems and client platforms, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data delivery.
  • Build, monitor, and maintain PowerBi dashboards, both for internal program team use and client facing reporting
  • Build, monitor, and maintain automated data pipelines using integration tools (such as SnapLogic) to load, validate, and reconcile data across systems.
  • Analyze source and target data structures to identify mapping requirements, transformation logic, and data quality risks.
  • Partner with internal operations, IT, and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve failures, and improve integration reliability.
  • Support program reporting deliverables and requirements with data analytic and visual reporting needs
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc data loads, validation checks, and audit requests to ensure alignment with client reporting and system requirements.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in PowerBi, data integrations, operations analytics, systems support, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or data integration platforms (SnapLogic strongly preferred); experience managing automated system-to-system data transfers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation techniques; experience working with structured datasets from multiple source systems.
