About the Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Pine Creek is a critical role focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and positive patient outcomes. The RN will also educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention, promoting overall wellness. Ultimately, the RN at Pine Creek plays a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting the facility’s commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team within a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership or preceptorship experience.

Responsibilities:
