Hourly Rate: $22.36-$22.81/hr
Bancroft is looking for Senior Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Sr Direct Care Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Responsibilities
About the Position:
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.
