Job description

Position Description

The Park CDC is seeking a Program Workshop Assistant to support the delivery of its Healthy Living and Economic Mobility Programs serving youth, adults, seniors, and families.

Activities

  • Assisting with set up of workshop materials and refreshments (up to 30 minutes before sessions)
  • Hosting information and resource table to provide insights about The Park CDCโ€™s programs
  • Attending program workshops (typically 60 minute sessions during evenings and weekends)
  • Distributing and collecting digital and printed surveys to and from participants (after sessions)
  • Capturing workshop photos/videos and recording participant testimonials
  • Assisting with workshop wrap up (up to 30 minutes after sessions)
  • Sharing workshop summary details with Program and Marketing Teams

Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per session

(Note: Workshops will typically be held on a weekday evening or Saturday morning or afternoon at Gilfield Park and/or other community partner sites within West Charlotte.)
