This program follows a rotational, phase-based model designed to build an understanding of hotel operations, while also providing exposure to key cross functional departments such as human resources, sales, and beyond.

  • Shadow department leaders and team members across key areas, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources.
  • Participate in structured training and learning sessions led by operational subject matter experts.
  • Develop an understanding of how individual roles and departments contribute to overall hotel performance.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitality leaders and team members.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership, including participation in weekly check-ins.
  • Attend and actively listen in training sessions and departmental meetings.

This approach allows interns to connect classroom knowledge with real-world operations while developing a holistic view of hotel management and leadership pathways.
