The Title IX Program Assistant helps support UPIKE's Title IX office by assisting with prevention and awareness efforts across campus. This role includes helping with educational events, creating outreach materials, updating resources, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
  • Assist with planning and promoting Title IX awareness events and prevention programs throughout the academic year. C, TW, P, CTR
  • Create flyers, social media content, presentations, and other educational materials to increase campus awareness of Title IX resources. C, T, CT, CTR
  • Help maintain and update the Title IX website, brochures, and campus resource information. C, P, T
  • Assist with scheduling trainings, workshops, and outreach activities for students, faculty, and staff. C, TW, P
  • Track participation in trainings and educational programs and help organize attendance records. P, T, CT
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, preparing materials, and assisting with special projects P, TW, CSD
