NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director for our Pathways Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH.ย  This program is a community residence serving 16 individuals and includes a day treatment component. We provide intensive clinical, medical, vocational and residential services to adult men and women with mental health challenges working towards independent living.ย  Our goal is to help individuals successfully transition into the community while maintaining their independence in the least restrictive environment possible.

Responsibilities: Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and petty cash), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention. Responsible for coordination with state hospital maintenance personnel for the overall up-keep of the residences. ย This position has on-call responsibilities and is a member of the management team. Must be available some nights and weekends.

Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s Degree and four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ย
