Our Client is seeking a Program Assistant to provide service in Baltimore, MD.
HOURS
* All Shifts availability!!
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assures that Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule of chores are completed by residents in a satisfactory and timely manner.
*Assures that bathrooms have sufficient personal supplies on a daily basis.
*Ensures responsibility for the safety of the shelter on a daily basis and respond appropriately to emergencies.
*Assumes responsibility for observing when maintenance supplies need re-ordering and informs Sr. Shift Supervisor accordingly.
*Ensures a peaceful and respectful atmosphere throughout the program.
*Completes Resident behavior/incident reports when necessary
*All shift staff are required to be awake and alert during their duty hours.
*During each shift, Program Assistant staff shall patrol the facility to ensure the safety of the facility and its inhabitants.
*Other duties as assigned, within the scope of the position.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Background check
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Minimum of six (6) months in the human service or customer service field
