Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

Duties:
  • Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on shop manager’s days off.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
  • Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management.
  • Monitor and train new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
  • Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Handle cash and inventory management.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
