Job description

The Center for Human Development, CHD is seeking a team-oriented individual for our community based mental health program (ACCS) for the role of Assistant Program Manager.ย ย The multidisciplinary outreach team provides services to persons served in need of psychiatric services living independently in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians seeking to move into a supervisory role within the mental health field.ย ย ย 

Your role as an Assistant Program Manager:

The Assistant Program Managerย supervisesย direct care staff, program supervisors and the housing coordinator.ย ย Personality traits should includeย high energy level; self-initiated, task-oriented, detail-oriented and accurate; organized, efficient, flexible, dependableย open, direct interpersonal style; works well as a team member.ย ย 

ย Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ experience working with psychiatric population;ย Minimum of 2 years supervisory experienceย ย 
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution ย ย 
  • Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) or licensed eligible, including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, Licensed Rehab Counselorย
