Vous possédez les connaissances, les compétences et la vision à long terme nécessaires pour appuyer le propriétaire/opérateur de restaurant dans l’exploitation réussie de l’entreprise. De plus, votre penchant pour l’excellence opérationnelle vous permet de planifier et d’exécuter facilement les stratégies visant à augmenter les ventes et à atteindre les objectifs établis pour les coûts.
