Job description
Opportunity:
- Conduct outpatient psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in the program.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of Veterans and First Responders with mTBI.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and integration of mental health services.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address behavioral health symptoms associated with mTBI and associated symptoms.
- Actively consulting with, interacting with, and assisting with or co-treating patients and family members during the rehabilitation process in collaboration with the entire interdisciplinary team.
- Conducting individual and group therapy, behavioral interventions, and intervention with families as part of an interdisciplinary team treatment approach.
- Opportunity is located at Greenfield Highlands Health Center
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Experience in psychological assessment and treatment of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active Wisconsin License or the ability to obtain
- Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with Veteran and Military communities with appropriate cultural competence.
- Experience working with individuals with addiction, substance use/abuse, sleep problems and/or chronic pain.
- Past Military Service Preferred
