Position Responsibilities
  • Assist adult passengers with physical, emotional, or mobility needs
  • Ensure safe boarding, seating, and exiting from the vehicle
  • Monitor passenger well-being throughout the route
  • Communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and program staff
  • Follow all safety procedures, route instructions, and company policies
  • Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times
