1. High school transcript or other equivalent (i.e., GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
2. Proof of successful completion of School Health Assistant training program from
CSN, if applicable.
3. Proof of successful completion of a Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse
Assistant program from an accredited college or university, if applicable.
4. Proof of active (within the last five (5) years) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
certificate or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certificate from the American
Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists
(AMT); or, Proof of active (within the last five (5) years) Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) certificate from the Nevada State Board of Nursing, if
applicable. A copy of the certification must be uploaded into the application.
5. Current CPR/AED or BLS for Healthcare Workers certification. A copy of the
front and back of the CPR/AED or BLS for Healthcare Workers certification
must be uploaded into the application.
6. Current First Aid certification. A copy of the front and back of the First Aid
certification must be uploaded into the application.
7. Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
