I’m reaching out to share an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Analyst I position with our client, based in Tulsa, OK (Onsite). This is a great role for professionals with strong Excel skills and experience in fleet, logistics, or operations.

Job Details:

  • Position: Fleet Analyst I
  • Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
  • Duration: Contract (initial duration to be discussed)
  • Pay Rate: $26/hour on W2
  • Industry: Oil & Energy
  • Experience Level: Associate (3–5+ years preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fleet lifecycle operations with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
  • Coordinate dashcam ordering, installation, and connectivity
  • Maintain fleet inventory records and motor vehicle specifications
  • Prepare and analyze fleet reports using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, HSEI) and third-party vendors
  • Assist with cost analysis and fleet optimization decisions
  • Provide timely updates and support to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, supply chain, operations, or related fields
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
