You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE.
**Above salary does not include locality. Locality adjustment will be determined by duty location once a selection has been made. **

Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to determine program requirements for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Workforce Development Program; 2) Utilizing expert knowledge of business analytics, performance improvement tools, organizational processes and techniques, systems, and procedures to perform a wide variety of analytical studies, present findings, and make decisions related to effective program management for the Naval Facilities Institute (NFI) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) organization, programs, objectives, and policies; and 3) Determines DAWIA program requirements to ensure the acquisition workforce is making progress towards meeting established goals.
