This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

Specialized Experience for the GS-14, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
This experience is defined as: Developing IT solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI), VBA, Relational Databases (preferably Oracle), ETL, SQL, PL/SQL, and analyzing data to answer critical policy and business questions using data management tools and techniques.
Examples of such experience could include:

-Developing data-driven analytical reports and presenting that data to management; OR
- Addressing data anomalies, modelling and analyzing large volumes of financial and programmatic data, and applying analytical and problem solving techniques to identify trends and issues, develop solutions, and make forecasts; OR
-Designing business systems and processes, using modern technologies (i.e., Microsoft Power Platform, Relational Databases, Access, VBA, Excel, Python) and techniques, to manage data and produce value-added programmatic insight.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume.
Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
