Job description

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS for the VICE CHIEF OF NAVAL OPERATIONS.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
  1. Demonstrating specialized experience performing high-level administrative and management support for senior leaders or executive offices, including managing executive workflow, establishing or improving office procedures, coordinating administrative services and resources, monitoring and resolving support issues, maintaining decision records and executive commitments;
  2. Advising leadership on administrative risks and requirements;
  3. Demonstrating knowledge of records, privacy, security, and information-management requirements and skill in coordinating across organizations, resolving competing priorities, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
