Mountain View Landscapes & Lawncare, Inc. is a leading, family-owned landscape services company with five decades of excellence and a strong presence in Chicopee, MA, Wilbraham, MA, and Manchester, CT. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Wilbraham branch. In this role, you will serve as the Operations Account Manager for the Wilbraham Landscape Maintenance team. Our Wilbraham location covers both residential and commercial landscaping clients. Our new Account Manager will make sure the team is meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the landscape/horticulture industry or another labor-intensive industry
  • Degree in a related field and/or professional certifications or licenses preferred
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture practices preferred
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on team communication and organization to satisfy our residential and business clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and CRM software; experience with LMN Software is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Effectively managing labor and equipment to meet our gross profit objectives
  • Establishing and monitoring guidelines to determine field labor requirements
  • Training, motivating, leading and evaluating maintenance crew team members
  • Identifying weaknesses in operating policies/procedures, and recommending corrective action
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and upsell to existing clients, supporting revenue growth
  • Manage annual service contracts ensuring that work is performed according to the clientsโ€™ expectations and budget
  • Participate in snow services production during the winter season
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscaping clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
