Account Management & Business Growth
  • Manage and grow relationships within assigned hospital accounts throughout the Panhandle territory.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive utilization, procedural growth, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support product evaluations, in-services, and value analysis committee presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase surgeon engagement, add new specialties, and expand procedural volume.
  • Develop strong partnerships with surgeons, OR leadership, supply chain, and hospital executives.
  • Represent the organization professionally at regional meetings, training events, and industry programs.

  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Medical device sales
    • Clinical specialist / clinical support roles
    • Surgical robotics or advanced surgical technology support
  • Strong operating room experience required.
  • Experience supporting surgical procedures in a hospital OR setting.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred
  • Experience with:
    • Minimally invasive surgery (MIS)
    • Laparoscopic surgery
    • Robotic-assisted surgery
    • General surgery, gynecology, urology, or thoracic procedures
  • Surgical Tech / Scrub Tech background strongly preferred.
  • Experience training surgeons and OR staff on new technology platforms.
  • Proven success driving utilization or supporting account growth within hospital systems.
Why Join Us?
  • Join a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of surgical innovation.
  • Work with transformative robotic and minimally invasive technology that is changing patient care.
  • Build strong partnerships with leading surgeons and healthcare systems throughout the NYC region.
