, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at our facility in Sanford, FL. As a Registered Nurse in the CVICU, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatments - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status - Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques - Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Qualifications: - Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an intensive care unit, preferably in a cardiovascular setting - BLS and ACLS certifications - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
