Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team in Dulles, VA. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. We are looking for a driven and compassionate individual to lead our behavior health department and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our behavior health department. This includes managing a team of nurses, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a proven track record of leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the behavior health department

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

- Oversee patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and medication management

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new developments in behavioral health
