Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Sanford, FL. As a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

As a Physical Therapist at Progeny HR Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- CPR certification

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
