THE POSITION:

Responsibilities

Customer lead generation

Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead

Coordinate with technician for same-day installation

Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service

Increase sales skills and experience through attending team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record

Qualifications

Must be able to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate

Experience with phone sales, B2C, and a one-time close a plus

High sense of business ethics

Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face-to-face customer interaction

Resilience, able to take feedback in stride

Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization

Uncapped commissions: average salary $4K - $10K+/month
