  • Accepting physicians with backgrounds in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology

  • Interventional Pain Management fellowship required

  • In-office procedures include spine and extremity injections performed under fluoroscopy

  • In-office procedural suite with access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

  • Perform a wide variety of interventional pain management procedures in both the office and ASC settings

  • Supported by experienced APPs, medical assistants, and a full clinical support staff

  • Serve as the primary physician for your location while supervising APPs
