10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to run dry van freight across our over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from our Greensboro terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Run with a driver-first carrier that prioritizes your safety, comfort, and financial growth.


Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

  • 1-Year of verifiable OTR or Regional tractor-trailer experience within the last 2 years.

  • Proven professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.


Fleet Responsibilities
  • Safely transport dry van freight across our national 48-state shipping lanes.

  • Efficiently manage pre-loaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with zero load touch.

  • Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

  • Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with safety regulations.
