About the role

A London-based consultancy delivering technology solutions to private capital markets clients (private equity, real estate, infrastructure investing). This role sits on the Professional Services team, working directly with clients and partners to implement, configure, and support their platforms.


Note: This role is primary remote, however candidates should be willing to travel to client sites and internationally as required. As the company grows, there may be an expectation to transition to a hybrid work model, including time spent in a physical office in the Charlotte, NC area.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple assigned tasks on client projects with high autonomy
  • Work within a project delivery structure, hitting timelines and quality standards
  • Support smaller client project management, escalating risks as needed
  • Apply technical/programming skills to solve client requests and business challenges
  • Configure and customize partner products
  • Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into new platforms
  • Partner with clients to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, technically sound
  • Deliver client training and handoff documentation
  • Work with client business users/IT teams to define requirements and functional specs
  • Document work and communications professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (STEM, business, or related)
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Financial services experience preferred; private equity/real estate/infrastructure investing familiarity a plus
  • Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams independently
  • Intellectual curiosity, comfort learning unfamiliar tech
