Job description

Service Tech / Warranty / Punch List Technician
Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking a dependable and experienced Service Tech / Warranty / Punch List Technician to join our team. This position will primarily support new construction homes by completing service calls, warranty repairs, and punch list items while providing professional service to builders and homeowners.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform plumbing service and warranty repairs in new construction homes
  • Complete punch list items accurately and in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
  • Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related components as needed
  • Communicate professionally with builders, homeowners, supervisors, and other team members
  • Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and applicable plumbing requirements
  • Maintain an organized and professional work area
  • Properly maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle
  • Complete required documentation for service and warranty work
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous plumbing experience preferred
  • Service, warranty, or new construction plumbing experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned work efficiently

Compensation
