Job description

Job Requirements

The Service Contract Specialist I is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate service contract documents in the branch's service management system, ensuring timely delivery of renewals to clients. This role supports branch revenue and customer retention by managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, including contract setup, pricing validation, and customer communication. Positioned as an advanced administrative function, the Service Contract Specialist provides specialized support for contract operations and reports directly to the Service Admin Manager.

This is an in-office position in Ballston Spa, NY.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $21.02-$26.28 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


Work Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in service administration, billing, or contract management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of service contract structures, terms, and pricing practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
