A Day in the Life:

Our sales representatives make outbound calls to customers who have had their systems installed for 30 days to 18 months. We deliver a premium, white-glove experience by proactively resolving technical and billing concerns, educating customers on the full capabilities of their smart home, and ensuring a seamless journey from sale through installation—all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Expectations for Success:

  • Grit and Resilience: New Customer Concierge Professionals must possess the determination and resilience to overcome challenges, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of obstacles, ultimately driving their success in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistent Sales Performance: A successful New Customer Concierge Professional is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results and contributing to Vivint’s revenue growth.
  • Effective Communication New Customer Concierge Professionals must be able to explain complex product offerings in a simple and persuasive manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the value of resigning with Vivint and how they address their unique needs.

Who you will work with:

New Customer Concierge Supervisor, Concierge AM/Manager, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and various Supervisors across the organization.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
  • Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
