THE ROLE
The Lead Primary School Teacher builds strong foundational skills in reading, writing, math, and character in Grades K-2. You ensure scholars master essential standards through joyful, structured instruction, small-group support, and strong relationships that set them up for long-term success. This posting is for a Lead Teacher position in Grade K, Grade 1 or Grade 2.


THE PERSON
As the Lead Teacher, you will:

  • Teach standards-aligned lessons daily using Ethos curricula
  • Provide targeted small-group instruction based on data
  • Hold high expectations for engagement, independence, and academic growth
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with families about scholar progress
  • Collaborate with your teaching team and instructional coaches

THE MUST HAVES

Prior Experience
