Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards in our facilities. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
