Role Overview

Support the daily operation of employee breakrooms, lunchrooms, meeting spaces, and common areas by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role contributes to a positive workplace experience by ensuring facilities are well-stocked, supporting meetings and company events, assisting with inventory management, and delivering courteous service to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of counters, tables, sinks, floors, microwaves, refrigerators, and other high-touch surfaces.

  • Ensure office breakrooms and communal areas remain stocked through daily inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.

  • Assist with ordering cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks, condiments, paper goods, and other facility-related inventory.

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supply deliveries.

  • Review the daily meeting calendar and support onsite luncheons, including setup, replenishment, cleanup, and proper waste disposal.

  • Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for meetings, training sessions, and special company events.

  • Support the preparation and cleaning of employee workstations and office spaces.

  • Provide courteous and professional service to employees and visitors.

  • Report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities team.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in facilities support, hospitality, food service, janitorial services, or a similar customer service environment preferred.

  • Experience maintaining clean, organized communal spaces and managing inventory replenishment is preferred.

  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or office hospitality activities is beneficial.
