Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, plans, organizes and implements the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Cardiac Fitness Program and Employee Fitness Program. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Graduate of a professional Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science curriculum. Must hold at least a Baccalaureate degree

Licensure: Certified by a professional organization - ACSM or AACVPR is preferred - within 1 year of hire.
